Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide from Indonesia.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Pre-order items will be shipped according to the estimated production timeline stated on the product page.

Shipping Methods
All international orders are shipped via Pos Indonesia.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Indonesia: 2–7 business days
• Asia: 5–14 business days
• Worldwide: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

Customs & Import Duties
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country.

Transfer of Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for the package is transferred to the courier service.

We are not responsible for:

• Shipping delays
• Lost packages in transit
• Customs clearance delays
• Import duties or taxes
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

If a package is marked as delivered by the courier but cannot be located, customers must contact the courier directly to file a claim.

We will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for issues that occur after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
